What do you use to make your pictures?

Traditional mediums. Pencils and brushes. Strathmore sketch pads (the ones with the big metal rings) are my favorite. Nothing fancy. I use acrylics for all my paintings. I've tried just about every kind out there. If you closed your eyes and grabbed a tube off my desk, it'd most likely be Golden. 

What’s with the hermit crabs?

Sendak had the Wild Things. Suess had his Whos. 

Where do you get your ideas?

One of these days I'll tell you all about the place where I "find" my ideas.

What artists do you look up to?

Not many. I’m pretty tall. But here's a grocery list of artists who's work I enjoy looking at: Pyle, N.C. Wyeth, Parrish, Rockwell, Frazetta, Holland, Sienkiewicz, McKeen.  

Will you paint a portrait of my pet?

What kind of music do you listen to?

While I'm typing this . . . Wu-Tang radio on Pandora.

What's your favorite book?

Something with Stephen King under the title. Check out the BTC Beer & Book Club posts on Instagram and the blog for other good stuff! 

Favorite movie?

Return of the Jedi. No, Jaws. No, no, Jurassic Park! No wait . . . TOY STORY!

What’s your dog’s name?

Walter. We named him after my grandfather, but I say yes when people ask, "Like Walter White?"

Sooo many! Let's do it like this: Grey Dog coffee, Court Street Grocer sandwich, Arturo's pizza, Polo Club burger, Raoul's steak and fries, Milk Bar sweets, and Freeman's for being a neat place to take out-of-towners.

My order has not arrived. What’s up?

Please track you package through the USPS website using the tracking number on your order conformation. If you did not receive one, please contact me.

My print was damaged! What should I do?

All prints are in perfect condition (unless noted otherwise) when shipped. If you received a damaged item, it happened during shipping. Start a claim with USPS first, then please contact me so we can figure out the best way to resolve the issue.

Do you offer custom sized prints?

Yes. When inquiring about custom sized prints, please include the overall size (picture and border) and the name of the picture. Inquire HERE.
